- Feel-good sweating in the Finnish sauna – to strengthen the immune system at temperatures of around 90 °C
- Gentle on the circulation – the bio sauna, which provides gentle warmth and skin-caring properties at 55 °C
- Find physical balance – in the well-tolerated Turkish steam bath with soothing light therapy at 45 ℃ and a humidity of approx. 80-100 %
- Soak up deep heat that not only makes your body glow – in the infrared sauna. At temperatures between 30 ℃ and 60 ℃, muscles and joints are gently relaxed
Our tip: The sauna and steam bath rituals have a wonderful effect when relaxing on the waterbeds in our relaxation room. Here you can take time to feel, dream and regenerate. And there are also (vitality) corners for snacking.
