Cancellations up to six weeks before arrival do not incur penalty. Other late arrivals or early departures will incur a 70% fee. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Short stays up to 3 days will be charged with an additional fee of 10% person per day.

It is not possible to book particular rooms or floors.

Forms of payment: We prefer cash payment in Euro, SFR or cheques. We accept Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa and EC-card credit cards.

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2.30pm.

Rooms need to be vacated by 11.30am on the day of your departure.

Not partaking of a dinner is refunded with Euro 10,00 per person.

Small dogs are allowed after prior consultation. They are not permitted in the restaurant, terrace, and bar or on the sunbathing lawn. We charge Euro 10,00 per day – food is not included.

Honeymoon: Newly weds receive a 5% honeymoon discount if staying a minimum of 7 nights.

For each room we offer a complimentary car space in the underground parking or car park.
